I went out shooting for fun the other day. These are a couple of shots I took of a little railroad bridge out in Mansfield. Not sure what I love about them, but I love them.

Dalom - revisted

I got the opportunity to shoot Dalom again this past weekend. They put on an amazing show out at The Door. Check out their info so you can attend the next show. You won't regret it!

Don't they look like they are having fun? Most of the pictures are like this. They were having such a great time laughing and playing around. It was like I wasn't even there.

And this one... just a happy accident. I was messing with my camera controls trying to adjust some settings when B(rad) came over and laid on the ground under my camera. So grateful my finger was on the shutter button. I love this picture!

Elizabeth Hits Double Digits

My baby is turning 10 years old! Where has the time gone? I can't believe she has hit double digits already. It seems like just yesterday we were trying to figure out what to name her.

Tonight we had a little slumber party with her friends to celebrate her birthday. The girls decided they wanted to do hair and makeup and get their pictures taken. Aren't the beautiful?

I had the opportunity to take a few pictures of my brother Richard's family last weekend. They are expecting a baby boy in January so in addition to some family shots, I got a few maternity pictures, too.

Elizabeth

My poor daughter needs one of those shirts that says, "My mom is the paparazzi!" She has lived her entire life in front of the camera lens. She isn't always cooperative when I pull out the camera, but sometimes, like yesterday, she hams it up. I was able to get several great photos of her yesterday while we played around at the Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth.

The one here on the left might be new favorite picture of all time.

I snapped a few pictures of Elizabeth's cousin, Emily, yesterday. She is a beautiful girl - inside and out.
